High Frequency

Processing of High-Frequency Systems

At first glance, working with high-frequency systems may seem complex. That is why we have made it our mission to support you in your projects. Through our long-standing partnership with Rosenberger, we have been able to identify several best practices and are happy to assist you in selecting the right equipment.

Process Steps

When manufacturing high-frequency systems, the process is generally divided into the following steps:

  • Strip the shield
  • Crimp the support sleeve
  • Fold the shield over
  • Cut the insulation and strip the inner conductor
  • Crimp the inner conductor
  • Insert the cable assembly into the outer conductor
  • Measure the connection length and perform a short-circuit test

Our equipment can handle every step of the process. All of our machines and tools can be customized to meet your specific needs and equipped with safety components of your choice. We are happy to integrate camera systems, probes, light curtains, or process approval systems such as QR code scanners and RFID technology.

New Generation of Tools

For the most precise processing of contacts that meet the highest standards. The new generation of tools offers many updates for a precise crimping result.

Highlights

  • Transverse feed, contact entry from the left
  • Lightweight construction using high-strength aluminum
  • Integrated pneumatic feed system
  • Backlash-free MV guidance of the tool ram with extended guide
  • Reproducible table adjustment via vernier scale
  • Adjustment of contact feed via locking screws, 0.1 mm increments, combined with stepless fine feed adjustment, scale range 0.025 mm
  • Milled contact guide rail
  • Backlash-free feed block thanks to new guide and sealing elements
  • Fully assembled tool sub-cassette with blade, blade holder, anvils, and support block with quick-release fastener
  • Reproducible adjustment of the tool sub-cassette using a vernier scale
  • For crimping presses with a closing height of 135.78 mm
  • Maximum conductor cross-section: 2.50 mm²
  • Crimp height adjustment via a locking disc in 0.01 mm increments with an adjustable clamping pin
  • Adjustment of the contact support via a locking screw

Rediscover Crimping

Take your crimping results to the next level with these optional accessories:

Blow-off block

To blow away residue from the screen: Blows air over the anvil after each cycle to remove residue. Extends the service life of wear parts.

Oiler

Integrated in terminal guiding

Automatic brake

Automaticaly closing of the strip brake after first crimp
