High precision quick-change applicator for small cross-sections and short dismantle lengths

Crimping tool for precision requirements. The 651 GOLD Line is based on the fundamental design of the High Runner 951 Global Star. It is made from high-strength aluminum and includes our proven pneumatic feed system. To meet the highest standards, we have extended the guiding of the applicator ram, using an MV guide. The table can be accurately adjusted via a scale line. Locking screws for adjusting the terminal feed with increments of 0.1 mm, combined with continuous fine feed adjustment in the scale range of 0.025 mm, enable precise crimping results. Milled contact guide rails ensure smooth feed. The entire feed block has been revised with new guiding and sealing elements.

Stripping lengths depend on the application!
This tool is only compatible with the following presses: Stripmatic 602, 603, and 944DL.
